AVAX One Technology regained compliance with Nasdaq requirements after its shares stayed above $1 for ten trading days. The exchange completed its review, and the company now plans to focus on developing three areas: AVAX treasury, bitcoin mining, and infrastructure for AI.
Nasdaq Closes Issue With Minimum Price
The exchange officially confirmed that AVAX One is once again in compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). This rule requires that the share price of companies on the Nasdaq Capital Market remains at or above $1.
From June 15 to June 29, 2026, AVX quotes closed above the set threshold for ten consecutive trading sessions. This was enough to remove claims and complete the review without additional procedures.
The company disclosed the decision in Form 8-K submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. No further review or appeal is required.
Delisting Was Not Inevitable
A drop in shares below $1 does not in itself lead to immediate delisting. Nasdaq usually gives the issuer time to restore quotes.
In AVAX One’s case, the price returned to the required level without a reverse split and without appealing to the listing commission. The result was achieved due to market movement, not a technical reduction in the number of shares.
Interim CEO Pete Wiley stated that the company views the completion of the review positively. After the issue is closed, management plans to return to tasks of revenue growth and improving financial results.
Business Is Built Around Three Areas
AVAX One is developing a model that is not limited to holding a single digital asset. The company combines treasury in Avalanche, bitcoin mining, and projects in the field of computing infrastructure.
The core of the cryptocurrency reserve consists of about 14 million AVAX. The tokens are staked and yield about 6% net return.
This approach allows for regular income from participating in the network. However, the financial result still depends on the Avalanche rate and overall activity within the ecosystem.
Mining Provides a Separate Revenue Source
The second area is related to bitcoin mining. The company operates facilities in Alberta and the state of Ohio.
Mining capacities generate cash flow that is not directly tied to changes in the AVAX price. This reduces the business’s dependence on a single digital asset and makes the revenue structure more diverse.
For public crypto companies, this approach is becoming increasingly relevant. The quotes of individual issuers lag significantly behind the value of tokens on their balance sheets, and the lack of stable revenue widens this gap.
The Company Is Exploring the AI Infrastructure Market
The third area is at an earlier stage. AVAX One is considering building computing facilities with capacities from 5 to 50 MW.
This refers to a segment between small local sites and the largest data centers. Such facilities can be used for corporate AI systems, request processing, and edge computing.
The company expects to occupy a niche that is not always of interest to the largest cloud providers. However, this business will require significant investment and differs from cryptocurrency operations in terms of economics and implementation timelines.
Crypto Treasury Shares Diverge From Reserve Value
AVAX One’s situation reflects a broader problem for companies that hold digital assets on their balance sheets. In 2026, shares of several such issuers traded below the calculated value of their crypto reserves.
Because of this, a decline in quotes to exchange minimums becomes a result of weak interest in the shares, not necessarily a deterioration in the quality of the reserves themselves.
The return of the price above $1 shows a recovery in market valuation, but does not change the balance structure. The volume of AVAX, staking income, and mining figures during this period did not change significantly.
Maintaining Listing Does Not Solve All Issues
Nasdaq’s decision removes the short-term risk for the shares, but does not determine the company’s future valuation. Now investors will look at whether AVAX One can turn several business areas into sustainable sources of income.
A model with tokens, mining, and AI infrastructure looks more diversified than the approach of companies that rely only on the appreciation of a single asset.
At the same time, each area requires separate expertise. Staking depends on the state of the Avalanche network, mining—on the bitcoin rate and electricity costs, and data centers—on demand and capital investment.
As a result, the return to Nasdaq compliance became an important technical event. The further dynamics of the shares will now depend not on the minimum exchange threshold, but on financial results and the quality of strategy execution.
