Since October 2019, Binance US has supported Ravencoin. This attracted additional attention from traders and helped boost interest in the RVN price. On August 21, the tZero platform also added Ravencoin, and the number of exchanges willing to work with this currency continued to grow.

In September, Ravencoin held its first meeting in Asia and introduced the product to the local audience.

Google Trends data shows that spikes in interest in Ravencoin coincided with sharp price increases. One such period occurred in March 2019, when the RVN rate rose by 400%.

Analyst and Market Participant Opinions on Ravencoin

Many users believe that the Ravencoin price forecast largely depends on Bitcoin’s dynamics, since RVN is its hard fork. For example, Reddit participants at the end of 2019 called the $0.30 price too high. At the same time, they allowed that with market capitalization growth, the coin could eventually approach $1.

According to Business Telegraph, a market capitalization of $170 million would have to increase by about four times, which seemed an unrealistic scenario at that time.

The Bitgur service gave a more optimistic view and suggested that RVN could rise to $0.06 by October 2020 and then continue to grow.

Cryptoinfobase estimated the Ravencoin winter forecast for 2020 at $0.14.

Twitter users also actively shared optimistic expectations. Many believed that in 2020 RVN could surpass the $1 mark.

Current Ravencoin price — $0.0669, year-to-date growth — 550%. Future forecasts: in 1 year — $1.12, in 3 years — $2.62, in 5 years — $2.93.

The general opinion of market participants looks mixed: some estimates remain cautious due to weak short-term dynamics, while long-term expectations more often rely on the project idea, network development, and possible growth in interest in asset tokenization.

In the short term, RVN may come under pressure again. TradingView user panhyar noted that the coin is forming a triangle and may soon test support, and the relative strength index indicates proximity to the overbought zone.
